A multi-purpose project that aims to add more stars to the beautiful Jeddah skyline, the Lamar Towers are the epitome of thoughtful planning. With a magnificent view of the Red Sea, the towers will be a new take on the iconic concept of connected twin towers.

Value Excellence
Currently under construction, the Lamar Towers are going to be an exclusive mixed-use project built in the North Corniche area of Jeddah. Situated on a plot of about 33,000 square meters, the two towers amount to a total built-up area of 420,000 square meters. The development will include 500 high-end condominium apartments, offices spread over 30,000 square meters, and a 30,000 square meters 5-star hotel under this project.
While the first tower will have 72-storey over 350 meters, the second tower will feature 62-storey. On the base of the project, a small podium containing 3 levels for retail and 10 levels for office will be incorporated. This podium will be connecting the 2 towers at the very base. The overall triangular shape of the floors of the towers is planned to ensure a magnificent view of the Red Sea from all residential units.
