Overview
University Towers, a new development for the King Saud University, is growing to become a new landmark in Riyadh. Serving various purposes for the University, the development is planned and designed keeping sustainability at its core.

Iconic from every angle, the currently under-construction University Towers is a defining element of the King Saud University in Riyadh. Located on the corner of King Abdullah and King Khaled Road, this L-Shaped lot in Salboukh will create a clear distinction between the University and the neighboring areas. Completely under the possession of the King Saud University's Business Sector, the University Towers will be an endowment funding the University's long term development.
The project will have a total of 11 separate buildings and towers that will serve various purposes for the University. This will include a state-of-the-art convention center, a shopping mall, a 50-story 7-star luxury hotel, a medical center, a 250-roomed 5-star hotel, 2 hotel suite buildings, and a total of 5 office buildings of different sizes and heights. The total built-up area of this development is expected to be 680,000 square meters.
