The Ajyad Hospital and Hotel are located at a 5,586 sqm site in Makkah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (the “Project”) in front of the Holy Mosque at Ajyad Street with a total built up area of 136,000 sqm. Two designs were proposed, modern and classic. The development includes a 200 Beds Hospital and Trauma Centre, a five star hotel with 832 guestroom keys, two retail floors on the ground and a lower ground floor. The Project will be a 40 storey height for the Hotel and 14 Storey for the Hospital with 4 Basements.
