Under construction, the University Towers is a new landmark development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Located at the corner of King Abdallah and King Khaled Road (Salboukh) on an L-shaped lot, separating King Saud University and the adjacent neighborhood.

The Project comprises eleven separate buildings and towers that include a state of the art Convention Centre, Shopping Mall and a 50-storey 7-star luxury hotel. It also includes a Medical Centre, a 250-key 5-star Hotel, two Hotel Suites buildings and five Office buildings of varying heights and sizes.

The project’s total built up area is 680,000 sqm and was designed with key sustainability considerations.
