Main Functions
Comment on the inspection request forms submitted by the Contractor, indicate the relative action.
Review the applicable contract drawings and specifications.
Perform inspections in process and completed installations in accordance with applicable contract documents, approved submittals and quality control inspection instruction.
Evaluate the work process and maintain the required quality.
Ensure that the materials used in construction are complied with the approved submittals and samples.
Review the approved method statement of the Contractor and ensure its actual application on site.
Ensure that Contractors comply with drawings and specifications in terms of design and workmanship standards.
Co-ordinate with other trades on site.
Advise and write down instructions to the Contractor on all corrective action to deviations.
Monitor and report project progress against the agreed program
