Designed as a community centre to enhance the adjacent Wadi Qortuba Compound and surrounding neighbourhoods, with a retail and lifestyle offer.
The retail strip development a 40,000 sqm built up area, and the 500 metre street frontage along Thumama Road. With 38 linear retail units. And 2,200 sqm lettable area. 

Qortuba Gate includes a family entertainment centre, fine and casual dining, speciality retail, offices, clinics, and a training institute. The design integrates wide landscaped sidewalks, pocket parks, and basement parking.
