Located on a 33,000 square meter plot, the total built-up area of the two 358 m towers combined is a whopping 454,00 square meters. This area also includes a wonderful expanded podium at the base, from which both the towers rise.
With 86 floors each, the twin towers will host about 1,000 residential units that range from studio apartments, 1-4 bedroom condominiums, and luxury ‘sky palace’ penthouses. Complete with state of the art technology, the towers’ design takes after the curvilinear motion of the waves of the Red Sea, adjacent to which this landmark will stand.
