The Convention Center on the corniche of the city of Jeddah is a proposed development with never-seen-before features. With a residential tower and a main hall in the building, this project is on its way to becoming a premier venue for conferences and grand events.
Value Excellence
A planned multi-use project on the Jeddah Corniche, this beautiful convention center is the epitome of creativity and excellence in design. The client was presented with 4 designs for the project (which can be seen on adjacent slides) to showcase the possibilities that the project holds. As per the final design, the development will hold a residential tower and the main building with a hall that can hold 2,000 people at once.
Inside the convention center, there will also be several offices like the office for the Royal Diwan, companion offices, official salons, press & media buildings, and protocol administration building. Offices will also include the services for security guards and drivers of the convention center. Additional services include sittings and special reception, main dining, private dining, a helipad, parking, and other such important support facilities.
